பேர்லினின் பெல்வீவ் மாளிகையில் (Bellevue Palace) இன்று (11) ஜெர்மன் ஜனாதிபதி பிராங்க்-வால்டர் ஸ்டெய்ன்மியரை (Frank-Walter Steinmeier) சந்தித்தேன்.

உத்தியோகபூர்வ அரச வரவேற்பு நிகழ்வைத் தொடர்ந்து, இருதரப்பு கலந்துரையாடல்கள் இடம்பெற்றன. அங்கு  இலங்கை-ஜெர்மன் நீண்டகால நட்பை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்தி, இரு நாடுகளுக்கும் இடையிலான பொருளாதார மற்றும் சர்வதேச உறவுகளை மேலும் மேம்படுத்துதல், அத்துடன் தொழில் பயிற்சி மற்றும் சுற்றுலாக் கைத்தொழில் ஆகிய துறைகளில் ஒத்துழைப்பை மேம்படுத்துதல் குறித்தும் கவனம் செலுத்தினோம்.

I met with German President Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier today (11) at Bellevue Palace in Berlin.

Following the official state welcome ceremony, we held bilateral discussions focused on strengthening the longstanding friendship between Sri Lanka and Germany. Particular attention was given to further enhancing economic and international cooperation between our two countries, as well as expanding collaboration in the fields of vocational training and tourism.
