சீனாவில் நடந்த உலகின் மிகப்பெரிய மனக்கணித போட்டியான யாண்டாய் ‘பெனிசுலா கோப்பை’ அபாகஸ் கலாச்சார எலைட் போட்டியில் இலங்கையை சேர்ந்த ICAM ABACUS மாணவர்கள் வெற்றி பெற்றனர்.

சமீபத்தில் சீனாவில் நடந்த Yantai ‘Peninsula Cup’ Abacus Culture Elite Contest இல்  சீனா, ரஷ்யா, மலேசியா, இலங்கை, தாய்லாந்து, கொரியா ஆகிய நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த அபாகஸ் மாணவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
இலங்கையில் இருந்து “ICAM அபாகஸ்” இனை பிரதிநிதிதுவப்படுத்தி எமது மாணவர்கள் சர்வதேச அரங்கில் தங்களது சிறப்பான திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்தினர்.

4,000க்கும் மேற்பட்ட அபாகஸ் மைண்ட் மாஸ்டர்கள் பங்கேற்ற உலகின் மிகப்பெரிய மனக்கணித போட்டியில், எங்கள் மாணவர்கள் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க வெற்றியைப் பெற்றனர்.

கண்டி, அக்குறணை, மடவளை மற்றும் மாத்தளை ஆகிய கிளைகளைச் சேர்ந்த 10 மாணவர்கள் இந்தப்போட்டியில் கலந்து கொண்டு 2 சிறப்புப் பரிசுகள், 4 முதலாம் இடம் விருதுகள் மற்றும் 4 இரண்டாம் இடம் விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

Yantai ‘Peninsula Cup’ Abacus Culture Elite Contest என்பது ஒரு மதிப்புமிக்க நிகழ்வாகும், மேலும் ஸ்ரீலங்காவிற்கு இது போன்ற அசாத்திய திறமை வாய்ந்த  ICAM ABACUS   மாணவர்கள்  கலந்து கொண்டு சிறந்து விளங்குவது பெருமையாகும்.

ICAM ABACUS Students Triumph at the World’s Largets Mental Arithmetic Competition, The Yantai ‘Peninsula Cup’ Abacus Culture Elite Contest in CHINA

ICAM ABACUS students recently showcased their exceptional talents on the international stage at the Yantai ‘Peninsula Cup’ Abacus Culture Elite Contest in China. Competing in the world’s largest mental arithmetic competition, which featured over 4,000 abacus mind masters, our students achieved remarkable success. 10 students from Kandy, Akurana, Madawala and Matale branch participated in this remarkable competition and was able to secure 2 Special Prizes, 4 First Place awards and 4 Second Place awards.
The Yantai ‘Peninsula Cup’ Abacus Culture Elite Contest is a prestigious event and it is a great pride for ICAM ABACUS Sri Lanka to participate and excel among such incredibly talented students. The event was meticulously planned and executed, with celebrations featuring unforgettable traditional music, dance, and cultural displays, honoring the remarkable achievements of our talented participants.
Participating in this special competition brought a memorable experience to our students. After the event, they had the opportunity to explore some of the most popular and traditional locations in China, adding to their unforgettable journey.
